Tippi Fernandez

Tippi Fernandez is Co-Founder and COO of BagoSphere, a human-force development company based in the Philippines equipping low-income but high-potential, purpose-driven youth with technical skills and human skills through intensive training and community so they can build their social capital, land front-line jobs, and grow their careers. Prior to BagoSphere, she worked in the banking and BPO sectors and in educational institutions in the Philippines and Japan. She is also a Vital Voices Fellow.
